Palatine Amateur Football Association

The NWYFL is made up of six (6) Divisions based on age and weight parameters; Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Junior Varsity (JV), and Varsity. Within each Division there are two (2) levels of competition; Big Ten and Pac Ten. Within each division or level, teams may be divided into conferences. 

The BIG TEN will be considered the more competitive level. At this level there will be no excess score rule or equal play rules with the exception of the Blue Big Ten and Green Big Ten levels. Coaches are still encouraged to play all players at all levels on an equal play basis.

The PAC TEN will be considered the developmental level. At this level there is an excess score rule and an equal play rule. Coaches shall play all players on an equal play basis.
