On behalf of the Palatine Amateur Football Association, I would like to extend an invitation to our families and family business owners to become a sponsor for our 2020 football season. PAFA is an all-volunteer 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization founded in 1966 and is one of the largest youth football programs in the state of Illinois with 230 families currently participating. Our program offers tackle football to 3rd-8th grades and flag football to K-2nd grades.
The PAFA mission is to provide local youth an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of football in a community-oriented safe, positive environment, while building confidence, discipline, and character. We not only encourage appropriate physical development, but also the development of self-esteem, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Our goal is to promote a safe and productive learning environment for our participants in which they learn respect for the game, for each other, and for themselves. We expect all of our participants to be good students of the game, to express good sportsmanship, and to respect all participants. Our program has been extremely successful, but in order to continue this success we need support from our community. Often, we hear more about the negative things going on in communities; our program gives youth the opportunity to focus on positive activities and participate in something constructive. The skills they learn in our program, including leadership and teamwork, will not only benefit them on the football field, but also in other areas of their lives.
We respectfully request a tax-deductible contribution to support the Palatine Amateur Football Association. Your contribution will be used to fund reducing registration cost, field rental, purchase necessary equipment and program costs such as trainer fees and more.
With community support, we will not have to raise fees; ensuring that our program remains affordable for current participants and helping us increase participation. We know that we provide an excellent and important service to the community as we help our youth have the opportunity to learn skills that will not only help them be football players but also future leaders.
If providing sponsorship for PAFA is an option, please take some time to review the sponsorship information I have included with this letter. I welcome any comment or question and thank you in advance for your consideration and support of PAFA.

We are proud to announce the 2018 PAFA Academic All Americans. These athletes achieved straight As during the football season, striving for excellence on and off the field. Please join us in congratulating these athletes, and in encouraging all of our PAFA players to pursue excellence in their academic and athletic pursuits.
PAFA is focused on creating a culture that is safe and supportive for youth athletes. To support this objective, PAFA requires at least one parent for each PAFA tackle player to complete the on-line concussion training course provided by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention at the following address:
