Equipment Return

The PAFA Equipment Return date is Tuesday, November 18th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Palatine Park District East Garage near Ost East (warmup field) for ALL players that have not returned equipment. Please park in one of the Community Center parking lots or at Ost Field and walk over with your equipment. See detailed instructions--including what equipment needs to be returned and how to clean it prior. 

If you cannot attend the Equipment Return date, please bag up your equipment, label the bag with the player’s name and team name and send it in with another member of the team.

You MUST return your equipment during the designated date and time for your team. Any equipment returned after the Equipment Return date will be subject to a $30.00 late fee. For any lost equipment, please contact pafa@palatinepanthers.com for the current replacement costs.

IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR PAFA EQUIPMENT, YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE WITH CROSSBAR WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $300 TO COVER THE COST OF EQUIPMENT.
